As a result of my personal experience in the education system, l had a deep desire to enhance the lives of students in the public school system.

I also knew that eventually, l wanted to join the Foreign Service Corp. I assumed that as an experience teacher, and student worker, said experience would enhance my application to the Corp.

Developing relationships with local congregations, l developed both Music Biblical curriculum for high school students and adults. In each setting, l grew the participation in significant numbers.

I taught K-3 international students a curriculum developed by the school board. Using music, art and traditional curriculum, l taught a mix of ages and nationalities.
