I am a company devoted employee; I am still here for a reason. I would like to see this be a world class food facility, with a better preventative maintenance plan. Accountability for policy, GMP and safety violations a better consistent line of equality among team members. I have been here in this building for 25years, in that time I have done every job in the building and outside in the yard. I am highly motivated, direct to the point, will give all I can to train the team members and help them succeed. I moved to maintenance to improve myself and be a better leader in the future, the future is here.
