I enjoy starting my day going to the gym and getting my mind and body ready for the day.  Playing basketball, whether by myself, in a group setting, or teaching/coaching others is a great stress reliever for me and I enjoy the bond of teamwork it brings.  I have an interest in listening to crime podcasts and watching crime shows/documentaries. They have opened my mind to think "outside the box."  Music in general is also another great stress reliever for me.  My range of music is wide so really depending on what is going on that day is what I might be listening to or even dance to.
