• Train new hires on processes and procedures
• Manage day to day staffing and scheduling

• Experience with project management of different tradeshows and inquiries

• Create marketing campaigns and opportunities to increase clientele

• Perform PR visits for Southern California Clients

• Create and monitor online events such as Webinars

• Prepare and promote tradeshows nationwide

• Assist with events such as tradeshows, workshops, and educational seminars

• Attend tradeshows and assist with client retention and onboarding new leads

• Assist with content for website and social media marketing

• Manage a marketing team here and overseas providing daily tasks and monitoring status and updates on their work load

• Assist and manage Case Managers with assignments, training, and payroll here in the US and overseas
• Work closely with Case Managers providing Billing/Revenue Recovery, Coding/OASIS Review, and Complete Chart Management
• Liaison between Home Health Agency clients and Case Managers providing services
• Work with Home Health Agencies to obtain certification from CMS for billing Patient’s Medicare and Private Insurances
• Electronic Medical Records Software Implementation for clients
• Work closely with third party vendors to ensure all the needs of clients are covered
• Assist with negotiation of product proposals and contracts

• General office duties such as filing, faxing and phones
• Work closely with the owner, trainers and technicians and managing their schedule for meetings, trainings and events
