MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

  • Numbering Database (TIDE) migration: Benefit is cost-savings
  • Operations cost alone was 1.8 M in 2023, but with application being decommissioned it is now reduced to 360K
  • Content Filtering: Protect users from malicious domains and malware site access; ~300K unique domains blocked to 150K customer subscriber base improving trust and reliability
  • Secure Internet Access - provide secure access to cloud-based applications and services to enterprise and small businesses; since launch added ~5000 customers and ROI today is close to ~1M
  • Device Enablement Services authenticate users to network to access native services such as Wi-Fi calling, personal hotspot, E-SIM transfer – platform support 53M authentications for iOS & 31M for Android per day
  • Nationwide implementation of 988 shortcode for National Suicide Prevention Lifeline – T-Mobile is the first carrier to do so in accordance to FCC requirements
  • Gateway Mobile Location Centre (GMLC) SW upgrades rollout – with features to support our growing 911 network, 5G & NG911

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary contact for Network Technology projects within T-Mobile – Manage business units, multiple vendors, government authorities, engineering teams on the project team and nurture internal working relationships across the enterprise fostering the development of cross functional teamwork
  • Create Project roadmap and ensure distribution to all internal & external stakeholders; keep them apprised of the timeline, scope, milestones and WBS
  • Track and report to Senior Leadership of project progress, schedule and ensuring approval standards are met through proper communicational channels
  • Follow Agile methodology during planning and execution phases of project, manage backlogs and set priorities by partnering with other cross functional teams – Project team, Network Technology Engineering Team, National Deployment Team, DevOps, NQA
  • Delegate project responsibilities, manage resource allocation on the team and ensure timely task completion related to project by addressing roadblocks, mitigating risks and escalating issues to appropriate groups until resolution is achieved
  • Develop and track Action Items, facilitate production deployment & manage project releases with phased approach and produce measurable results for review by stakeholders
