RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary contact for Network Technology projects within T-Mobile – Manage business units, multiple vendors, government authorities, engineering teams on the project team and nurture internal working relationships across the enterprise fostering the development of cross functional teamwork
Create Project roadmap and ensure distribution to all internal & external stakeholders; keep them apprised of the timeline, scope, milestones and WBS
Track and report to Senior Leadership of project progress, schedule and ensuring approval standards are met through proper communicational channels
Follow Agile methodology during planning and execution phases of project, manage backlogs and set priorities by partnering with other cross functional teams – Project team, Network Technology Engineering Team, National Deployment Team, DevOps, NQA
