  • Case management follow-up; ensuring med refills, doctor’s orders, etc
  • Backup for referrals, if Program Assistant is not on shift, point person to relay approval or denial
  • Completion of menu, ordering of groceries, and the pick-up and puts items away
  • Completes inventory and makes appropriate orders to Amazon, Staples, etc
  • Reviews and ensures completion of cleaning checklist
  • Relays pertinent information to management team for follow-up and/or review

  • Orient new staff to site with attention to kitchen and kitchen appliances
