Lead Duties
Case management follow-up; ensuring med refills, doctor’s orders, etc
Backup for referrals, if Program Assistant is not on shift, point person to relay approval or
denial
Completion of menu, ordering of groceries, and the pick-up and puts items away
Completes inventory and makes appropriate orders to Amazon, Staples, etc
Reviews and ensures completion of cleaning checklist
Relays pertinent information to management team for follow-up and/or review
Point person for new staff
Orient new staff to site with attention to kitchen and kitchen appliances
HealthStream orientation for new staff
Update program documents as directed
Direct Service
Prepares meals as per weekly menu and cleans up after meal service; meals will include
meat items
Cleans with use of chemicals like bleach and ammonia-based products
Performs medication passes and assists clients with medications
