Responsible for keying, processing, and adjusting health claims in accordance with claims policies and procedures.

Code claims using WGS (Wellpoint Group System) and CIW (Claims Intake and Workflow).

Trained and currently working on JAA Claims.

Handle critical claims and ensure closure within Turnaround Time (TAT).

Manage inventory and address ageing claims to avoid delays in claims processing.

Provide support to team members by assisting with queries and resolving any issues they face.

Handle escalation emails, ensuring prompt resolution and closure within TAT.

To perform 100% of linear monitoring of video, content for a wide variety of videos in youtube and ensure that these assets are error free.

I also ensure that projects are completed on time and correctly, as well as coordinate with teams and manage workflows.
