In collaboration with the Experimental Learning Center (ELC) at Northern Illinois University, Mitsubishi Electric Automation (MEAU), following their acquisition of the SCADA specialist company ICONICS, sought to identify key markets and applications with the greatest growth potential.

As a team we looked into different industries domains, My individual contribution to our team's strategic initiative focused on advocating for cross-industry collaboration, particularly integrating automation technology with healthcare to develop Automatic Drug Dispensing Units (ADDUs), SCADA systems emerge as critical components.

• L3 Support involves (Tuxedo Middleware, Unix Support and Database Support)
• Environment Preparation & Cloning Linux store server, Win7 and POS Machines
• Data Backup and Data Restoration across environments
• Data Backup and Data Restoration across environments
• Hands-on experience on SQL logic implementation and Data base development
• Full Ownership of configuration changes and data distribution across various Development and Test Environments
• Developed E-Log book and Ramp mobile application for British Airways flight maintenance
• Release Rollout across Test Environments
• User Access Control in both UNIX and Database
• Incident and Configuration management across Development and Testing Environment
• Ticket Auditing, Weekly Report Preparation, Project Metrics Report
• Web URL & Service Broker Restarts
• Troubleshoot failed builds and deployments in test and Development environments
• Determine and fix environment and configuration issues
• Analyse logs and communicate potential code issues to development teams
• Weekly status meetings with clients
• Experience on resolving escalated tickets, performance problems and creating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document on Severity issues.
