- Preparing files

- Coordinating the Finance and Development Magazine translation project (a publication translated into 5 languages).

- Coordinating the SSA Regional Economic Outlook translation project (a publication translated into 3 languages).

• Translating project-related documents as required and ensuring all ticketing documents/materials are created in Arabic.
• Drafting, translating, and reviewing the sales collaterals and customer communications, which include but are not limited to content for online ticketing portals and mobile apps, FIFA.com web pages, presentations, and support documents for ticketing workshops, FAQs, ticketing guides, ticketing order forms, customer service responses, transactional emails, and customer communications.

• Researching and compiling terminology entries in Arabic for the PCT terminology database and WIPO Pearl
• Creating concept maps

• Contributing to the creation of a corpus by translating many dialogues from the Tunisian Arabic dialect into English

• Helping students improve their English language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) to pass the English language Cambridge exams, namely CAE, FCE, PET, KET, and IELTS
