  • Co-led community engagement efforts and partnered with organizations including The Skatepark Project, Gotham Park, and NYC Skate Coalition to promote mental health through skateboarding
  • Proposed, developed, and implemented skate contest and art therapy event in collaboration with local muralist
  • Organized and adapted Psychological First Aid (PFA) training and workshops for skaters and youth focused on emotional well-being, mindfulness, and self-expression.
  • Received grants including from Nickelodeon to develop youth Skate PFA programming and Paramount for mental health toolkit, upheld and executed grant requirements and delegated funding allocation
  • Co-writing and editing qualitative research study and theoretical paper about intersection of mental health and skateboarding for publication
