I really enjoy running! Have been for 15 years. I have done a couple of Half Marathons and in Nov/2022, I did my first and only NYC Marathon.
I was inspired by my son to start Karate and in 2010 I became a Black Belt. Recently, had a surgery in my right knee and I have not been back to it. However, my other way of keeping in shape is by going to the gym and lifting weights.
