Summary

I have been a dedicated employee for seven consecutive years with wRight Choice, an alternative out-of-school suspension program with the Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose 877 School District. Recently, I have been working in collaboration as a Case Aide through Wright County Court Services for 1.5 years in the Juvenile Unit. At Parkside Elementary School, I was a paraprofessional for two years, where I was honored to have the opportunity to assist students in a classroom who were on the autism spectrum. I take pride in developing meaningful relationships with students, and I collaborate with coworkers on growth and improvement within the organization. I am a highly motivated professional with a desire to take on new challenges, who has a strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. I work closely with coworkers to ensure consistency in the protocol of the academic and behavioral plans of individuals. I have a firm command of curriculum development and instruction to supplement teachers' lessons and a team-oriented mentality. I am communicative and empathic, with a commitment to creating inclusive learning spaces. I have successfully supervised, guided, and supported students. I can successfully implement educational action plans, foster positive learning environments, and enhance student performance.
