I have been a dedicated employee for seven consecutive years with wRight Choice, an alternative out-of-school suspension program with the Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose 877 School District. Recently, I have been working in collaboration as a Case Aide through Wright County Court Services for 1.5 years in the Juvenile Unit. At Parkside Elementary School, I was a paraprofessional for two years, where I was honored to have the opportunity to assist students in a classroom who were on the autism spectrum. I take pride in developing meaningful relationships with students, and I collaborate with coworkers on growth and improvement within the organization.
