

I am a yoga therapist with 22 years of experience in the field of substance abuse and mental health. I’ve been working with clients of all age groups and fitness levels. Able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere in my classes, where everyone feels comfortable and relaxed. My teaching methodology is based on improving physical and mental health, as well as spiritual growth. Participants increase body awareness, improve concentration, calm the nervous system and learn a variety of holistic approaches to optimum health.
