Hiring and training of all Variable Operations staff
Responsible for setting and achieving sales goals for new and used vehicles
Responsible for Finance department revenue and compliance
Coordinate with Service Director and Parts Manager to maximize fixed operations absorption
Maintain inventory levels to meet new and used sales targets.
Ensure the business meets and exceeds all Nissan OEM standard operating procedures for franchise dealers.
