Managed the design and delivery of the cornerstone deliverable, companywide Behaviors Framework that codifies the connection between behavioral expectations of all employees with the company's mission and values. It is the foundation of Human Resources processes, programs, and policies.

  • Role expanded beyond digital Advertising after the head of Core Platforms engineering requested that I join his leadership team as the head PMO within 6 months of joining the company.
  • Approached by the incoming Head of HR to join her leadership team after implementing the companywide Behavioral Framework as her proxy and advisor as a result of this work. Joined her leadership team in late 2021 as Chief of Staff.
  • Chief of Staff role expanded within 6 months of joining the department, absorbing the HRIS Strategy and People Analytics function at the request of the CHRO. Role expanded in 2022 to include taking ownership of the redesign and executing the companywide engagement survey that had been on hiatus since the pandemic.
