I learned a lot about the different products from other companies while participating for these Resets. I feel like communication with the Sales Representative is very important and key to success!

When I worked the morning shift, I would have to open the store and turn on the equipment such as TVs,Tablets, Computer, Display and Demos. Before I do anything else I have to do the Critical count for all the tablets and computers. I also had to get my register for the day, I also accepted returns and defective equipment. Throughout the day I had to do different tasks like Accepting Criticals, Flag out Reports, Setting up POGS. When I was setting up a POG I would have to find each item and make sure they belonged to that POG and I'd have to see the quantity and when we received the items, I would have to space each item perfectly on the wall. Then after that, I would shoot and print labels. I would make signs for displays and bigger items and Price changes. Tuesdays and Fridays I would put out the new releases for Video Games and DVDs. I also would train new hires.
