• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for daily operations
• coordinate and ensure all payments are executed efficiently without delay
• Manage trade finance instruments and bank guarantees received and issued.
• Maintain bank reconciliation on monthly basis & monitor daily bank balances.
• Manage use of borrowing facilities efficiently
• Ensure sufficient liquidity is available in required currencies
• Applying FX deals via FXall, Evolve and Connexis in accordance to cash & liquidity forecast
• Monitoring the loans & Interest payments
• Using Refinitiv terminal efficiently to monitor interest rates
• Monitors and reports on corporate treasury results, and covenant calculations
• Negotiate with Banks, e.g. Facility Renewal, Increase Limits, Interest Rates, POS Charges & Bank Charges)
• Requesting term sheets for new capex requirements
• Drive implementation of Host to Host Payment Solution & E-commerce Activation
• Manage Debt book to fulfill all obligations.
• Developing and maintaining treasury modules, e.g. loan, tax, cash & liquidity
• Develop investment policies & seeking best investment opportunities for excess cash.
• Manage and control petty cash
• Ensure foreign exchange rates and other market data is updated in ERP.
• Propose changes to signature mandate to ensure smooth payment processing
• Preparation frequent Reports, e.g. Actual cash flow, Facility Utilization, Forex Gain & Loss, Bank Charges by division, cash Position and Aging Analysis
• Monitor counter party credit ratings.
• Assist with IFRS9 hedge effectiveness calculations and IFRS7 disclosures to ensure compliance with IFRS
• Reviewing treasury procedures annually to incorporate updates and improvements
• Support Head of treasury to develop Hedging policies
• Liaising with banks and maintaining positive working relationships and a good understanding of all bank regulations & arranging all internal and external events

Under limited supervision, monitor the business activities of the organization through the maintenance of ledgers and the control of books of accounts. Perform advanced accounting functions in the management of the organization’s various business affairs.
