  • This is a self contracting service where I would conduct small to large scale projects more in the realm of landscaping/construction/building.
  • They may consist of installing appliances (surround sound, cameras,etc) or constructing things such as furniture, mantels, all the way to simple additions to homes such as decks and landscaping(outdoor tile, simple lawn-care, etc)
  • This job gave me a great ability of getting the project done in a timely manner and following protocols on little prior instruction.
  • Within 6 months of startup I was able to increase the company's revenue by 20% solely from "cold-calling" possible clientele. From this move I changed the companies client list by 50%.
  • But most importantly working in new environments every time considering I would have to greet the customer, understand their request and work with the space and materials provided.
  • This drastically improved my customer service and keeping project materials, the customers, and my personal materials in their correct location due to the fact that during big projects subcontractors would need to be recruited.
  • Implemented changes requested by designers, owners, or inspectors to conform to specifications or updated demands during final review which required out of the box thinking.
