Most Significant Accomplishment [2019]

  • Rathi was able to reduce 90% of the backlog of the intakes within the group portfolio. Being the POC for business partners when they have any request for RMT in the Group Programs.
  • The IIB/MQ upgrade/Removal of WSSR database could have been three different projects. These were combined to use common resources and timeline and hence resulted in cost savings for MET. Rathi facilitated the planning effort, bring many players together, and provided input from RMT.
  • Rathi had taken over following responsibilities from other leads that has helped in unit cost improvement and continuous improvement initiatives. Below are some initiatives she has taken over.
  • Clarity Work loading report – Provides resource allocation per year, and is generated weekly and shared with RMT team
  • PS Guidance report – Provides time reported on projects and is generated bi-Weekly and shared with the RMT Team
  • Capacity planning report – This is a new tool created by Rathi to give one full view of FTE and DE allocation vs availability. Pipeline projects tab to give a Snapshot of projects that are expected to get approved during the next two quarters.
  • RMT Intake Share Point Site – Instrumental in improving the RMT Intake share point site by adding alert emails and few fields which will help us to manage the intake of projects efficiently.
