If we don’t maintain on hands we lose the freshness and integrity of our product since it would be sitting in our coolers instead of being on our shelves.
Maintain the cooler organized and cleaned. Make sure the bins are stocked nicely and neatly in order to find product more efficiently. Make sure the floor is always dry and clean. Make sure you at least run the machine once or twice a week to maintain floor cleanliness.
And credits or claims brought to the cooler are to be processed and thrown out accordingly.

If a product doesn’t fit on the shelf we fix the onhand and store the product in the back room.
