Owned a cafe in 1990 - 1995

In the early 1990 I acquired a 40 seat cafe that specialized in breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

I've had experience in the restaurant business for about 20 years, I started in that business at a very young age 

I worked for Sambo's  Restaurants of the 80's and Shari's Restaurants of the 90's.


Owning my Cafe taught me a lot about running and operating an establishment  and even though it was a small business

It gave me the tools that I needed to work with business like Banking, Food vendors, print shops, .

I worked on my own record keeping to keep track of my sales, expenses, controllable and non-controllable, I trained

my wait staff and cooks. 

I met and would visit the neighborhood people of the area to encourage them to visit my place as well as local business.

I had a lot of learning experiences  owning my cafe,. Experience's that to this day has help me deal with customers and employees.
