I was a superintendant responsible for work order requests from tenants, as well as working in the empty units to get them ready for the next occupant, and anything else asked by management. Some of the tasks were replacing outlets and light fixtures, small plumbing repairs including replacing hot water heaters, light carpentry, sheetrock repair, and replacing vinyl flooring, as well as many other tasks.

Receive work orders, troubleshoot, and make repairs in occupied apartments.

In vacant units i install vinyl flooring, make tile repairs, replace outlets, switches, and light fixtures, sand, spackle and paint, install vanities, toilets and other plumbing fixtures, replace hot water heaters, install door knobs, switch plates, blinds, and handle all other tasks associated with getting an apartment ready for the next tenant.

I worked independently receiving work orders through a phone app to maintain and troubleshoot situations in occupied houses.

Some of the things I was responsible for were electrical problems, plumbing repairs, door repairs, tile repairs, spackling and painting, and other light carpentry work.

This is an apartment complex with three stories.

I was responsible for getting the units ready by replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures, installing toilets, faucets, vanities and other plumbing fixtures, spackling, painting, installing other hardware, repairing interior doors, and keeping the grounds cleaned and maintained.

As a superintendent I received and completed work orders as well as being on the after hours on-call rotation with two other superintendents for a 840 unit apartment complex.

Some of the work orders included electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, replacing faucets and toilets, carpentry work, clearing sewer stoppages, troubleshooting and repairing leaks, minor appliance repairs, sheetrock repairs, and closing work orders out once completed.

Some of my responsibilities were completing work orders in a timely fashion, working in the empty units getting them ready for the next tenant, and going in the on call rotation for emergencies.

Some of the skills I used were plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, sanding, painting, light carpentry, sewer clogs, door repairs, and installing hardware.
