I was a superintendant responsible for work order requests from tenants, as well as working in the empty units to get them ready for the next occupant, and anything else asked by management. Some of the tasks were replacing outlets and light fixtures, small plumbing repairs including replacing hot water heaters, light carpentry, sheetrock repair, and replacing vinyl flooring, as well as many other tasks.
