• Assist with residential remodeling projects, consisting of the following trades; flooring, finish carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, and electrical. Perform basic carpentry, repair fences, walls, doors, and play structures. Perform basic repairs of plumbing leaks, clogged drains, or toilets. Minor painting to rooms, doors, and exterior of the building. Maintain overall cleanliness and physical appearance of the property and unit appeal. Power washing sidewalks, stairwells, blowing off all grounds and parking lots. Minor landscape maintenance where required, including plant care and litter removal. Performed light maintenance and cleaning duties, including changing light bulbs and emptying trash bins.
