Provided all training materials, scheduling and curriculum for Colombian officers. Implementing river maneuvering Technics such a down steam landing and flanking. Also worked running barges from Baton Rouge LA to Corpus Christi TX.

Master in various companies in the port of Houston , Galveston harbor, Lower Mississippi River I.C.W and Gulf of Mexico. Operating vessels from 800 Hp to 4,500 hp, with different types of barge configurations, lightering & Bunkering ,line hauling , fleeting and lubricants delivery.
