• Commissioning and release of first cluster line at JuP1 ( ECU R).
• IPN contact at VS level for cluster lines concept and mechanical processes such as Tightening, PCB Assembly, Dispensing, AOI and Robot handling.
• Accomplished an exponential ramp up for Global B Line 2 during the first 3 months of series production reaching target NUrel of 80%.
• Reduction of cluster line cycle time from 15s to 12.5s by improving the vision system sequence at robot automated stations.
• First level PLC support in the value stream for Nexeed systems.

Mechanical process engineer in charge of SPI (Single Pin Insertion), CMM machines, Milling and Linear Cut processes, with the goal of improving the value stream KPI's such as IDC, TDT and NUrel.

• Main contact on SPI process in JuP1, participated in CN meetings at CljP for lessons learned sharing within process IPN.
• Participated in RPP project at CljP with the target of IDC reduction, Managed to reduced 15.8K EUR in 2022 by implementing a retrofit solution and operators redistribution at the machines.
• Collaboration on 10K USD of savings per year by the reduction of outside services from SPI OEM by giving the technical team the onsite training for the annual maintenance.

Process intern dedicated to SPI(Single Pin Insertion) process and CMM machines, responsible for generating statistical reports of daily failures gathering the information for root cause analysis and data collection for the creation of a troubleshooting guide.

• Improved learning curve for new technicians from 6 months to 3 months by developing a quick access troubleshooting plan that described the failures from easiest to the complex ones.
• Compiled TPM data such as times and quantity of tasks to reorganize the maintenance instructions and make more efficient daily, monthly and annual maintenance.

Maintenance Technician contributing with the development of an inmotic platform for the control of cold room systems.

• Implementation of a preventive maintenance schedule based on monitoring routines for cold rooms in 190 convenience stores, helping to reduce by 40% the corrective maintenance.
• Successfully contribute to decreased by 60% the time that the cold rooms are not operational by planning more efficiently the maintenance tasks.
