• The current implementation is to support the corporate needs in hospital specifically to see core areas like employee/nurse/physician recruitment, turnover and retention.
• Managed and completed the infrastructure setup needed to support the Data warehouse and BI systems.

• Drafted corporate metric definitions for Employee Turnover, Time to Hire, Cost to Hire, Diversity Numbers.
• Designed the data extracts and schedules to give the latest information.
• Created extensive reports for clear analysis of the metrics along with drill down all the way to employee level.
• Defined security roles for who and what level of access for the turnover/termination reports.

• The initiative for companywide implementation of BI System using Oracle technologies [OBIEE] was successfully completed.
• Primarily involved in setting up the new systems along with Vendors.

• Guiding three in-house resources to get up to speed with the latest BI System being deployed.
• Implementation of offshore/onsite support model to ensure round the clock BI System ticket monitoring and addressing various issues related to Data Load

• Receiving and analyzing user feedback on the performance of BI System and anticipating Analytical needs of the business for decision making.

• Business Intelligence for Individual Client Services
• This project is an enhancement of the existing application designed to provide analysis capabilities for the Client Services
• It involves interaction of a front-end application other than Answers with the OBIEE rpd
• Involved in discussions with business for requirements gathering
• Involved in upgrading OBIEE 10.1.3.4 to OBIEE 11.1.1.5 and getting business approvals for the upgrade on a subject areabasis
• Extensively used OBIEE Admin Tool (10.1.3.4) to create the required data model in the Physical and BMM layers
• Worked with variable manager to create session and repository variables
• Built Dimension Hierarchies to enable drill down.
• Involved in performance improvement at the database and in OBIEE through caching of reports to meet the performance specifications of the business users
• Created templates in BI Publisher for bursting of reports as per the regulatory requirements
• Created test plans for the testing and validation of dashboards
