Institutional Credit Management (ICM) is an in-business risk and control function that provides governance to the Wholesale Credit Risk data life cycle. Responsible for monitoring and controlling the data quality right from it's origination through various data hops until data is at rest for reporting

• Built a team of four highly skilled risk and technology analysts and established WLCR DQ Council with a clear mandate to aggregate, prioritize and ensure timely remediation of data quality issues impacting lending exposures for ICG Businesses. Received a firm wide recognition as " Be the Best to our Client "
• Identified critical data elements and established a DQ Scorecard at each data hop to provide actionable intelligence on processes introducing data quality issues
• Developed and implemented RPA solution (using Automation Anywhere) for automating financial spreading and continuous monitoring of core credit metrics at relationship level

OPTMA is a Wholesale Credit Risk data warehouse for Risk and Basel reporting

• Managed a team of 28 developers across NAM and APAC regions to accomplish successful delivery of various phases of Data Acquisition from over 30 product processors (Systems of Records)
• Manage BOW monthly releases for OPTIMA DA and drive technical design for strategic projects
