Project : Legal Data Lake & Enterprise Platform Integration

• Architected and led the end-to-end development of a comprehensive Legal Data Lake on the Jade platform, leveraging a modern tech stack including AWS services and Terraform for infrastructure.
• Spearheaded the integration of legal data into the enterprise-wide Capella Data Lake, collaborating with the central platform team to design and implement a scalable medallion architecture.
• Built and managed a high-performing engineering team, defining the technical framework and roadmap for data ingestion, processing, and governance across both homegrown and enterprise data platforms.

Project: E-Discovery Platform Modernization and Management

• As Team Lead, directed the end-to-end lifecycle of the enterprise E-Discovery platform. Spearheaded significant technical projects and provided operational oversight to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Technical Leadership: Architected and led complex projects, including a critical migration to a Java Microservices framework and the integration of a Pega case management system, enhancing system scalability and user functionality.
• Data Integration: Drove the successful integration of E-Discovery data pipelines with the corporate Data Lake using Informatica, improving data accessibility and analytics capabilities for legal and compliance teams.
• Team Development: Recruited, mentored, and scaled the E-Discovery team from [X to Y members], fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that improved knowledge sharing and reduced issue resolution time.
• Operational Excellence: Served as the primary technical owner and escalation point for all production issues, maintaining system uptime and leading root cause analysis to implement preventative measures.

Project: Claims Processing & Workflow Automation Platform

• As Technical Lead and Architect, spearheaded the design and development of an enterprise-grade, service-oriented claims processing platform using JAVA/J2EE and Oracle Fusion. Engineered a suite of high-performance REST/SOAP APIs to power a core workflow engine and a pioneering intelligent learning system, while mentoring a team of developers in best practices for performance and scalability.

Project : Search, Reservations, Rewards

• As a Team Lead, orchestrated the end-to-end deployment pipeline for multiple high-stakes projects, including core reservations, rewards, and customer-facing property page initiatives. Drove the technical design and implementation of scalable Web Services and front-end components using an MVC architecture, while mentoring development and QA teams to elevate performance and ensure release quality.

Project : Gentran Integration Suite

• As a Software Engineer at Sterling Commerce, I developed a regression framework for testing various packages in the Gentran Integration Suite (GIS), and configured, installed, and tested GIS across multiple platforms and databases during upgrades.
