Reporting into the Chief Creative Officer, this role oversees a team of project managers and producers to execute impactful, buzz worthy creative work across all of Glossier’s touchpoints including but not limited to product launches and reanimation, retail stores, wholesale, packaging, merch development and events and activations that drive against meaningful commercial goals on time and on budget. Some highlights include an editorial content partnership with Homme Girls, large scale experiential activations - Realms of You in London, YLG Tour, our SOHO homecoming store build and opening and our first celebrity partnership with Olivia Rodrigo in 2022.

  • Responsible for forecasting, tracking and reporting of multi million dollar creative department budget inclusive of opex, production and freelancer expenditure in collaboration with broader org, ensuring that spend accurately reflects overall business needs and priorities.
  • Annual creative roadmap planning and pipeline status review. Ensuring ELT level visibility of business critical initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities for new process implementation, enforcement of existing process and constant improvement in intra team and cross functional ways of working.
  • Project resourcing - sourcing and onboarding freelance support, agency partners and vendors to deliver against creative vision.
  • Partner with legal and business affairs on MSAs, production contracts and usage queries. Worked with legal team to overhaul and futureproof standard terms ahead of entering wholesale and global expansion.
  • Special projects - supporting office of CEO on cross functional process improvements in relation to delivery of consumer facing experiences.
