Execution driven and commercially astute creative professional with extensive experience working amongst discerning teams across global brands in both agency and in house roles. Deep understanding of the creative and GTM process at large, end to end content production, local market adaptation and implementation, business affairs, budget and people management to ultimately support the delivery of creative work that teams can be proud of and consumers will fall in love with.
Reporting into the Chief Creative Officer, this role oversees a team of project managers and producers to execute impactful, buzz worthy creative work across all of Glossier’s touchpoints including but not limited to product launches and reanimation, retail stores, wholesale, packaging, merch development and events and activations that drive against meaningful commercial goals on time and on budget. Some highlights include an editorial content partnership with Homme Girls, large scale experiential activations - Realms of You in London, YLG Tour, our SOHO homecoming store build and opening and our first celebrity partnership with Olivia Rodrigo in 2022.
