One that is truly committed to excellence in performance, integrity and ethics in growing a strong general contracting experience. Ray is a VCU IDES (Interior Design/ Architecture) graduate. RAW ID has a strong background and blend of business development, graphic design, preconstruction services, project engineering, job setup, project management, cost accounting, project close-out and commissioning. This gives RAW ID's team members a well-rounded approach to understanding conceptual and planning stages, value-engineering efforts, as well as the technical execution of delivering a more efficient and successful construction solution(s). It's members have a proven track record of successfully delivering on Civil/ Government, Industrial, Healthcare, Private and Public Sector Projects - both ground up new construction and renovations to existing facilities. We believe our 'sweet - spot' will be projects ranging from $250k to $10M.
