Provide real time solutions for all Material Requisitions including but not limited to Aircraft on Ground (AOG), Line Maintenance, Aircraft Fly Away Kit (FAK) Replenishment, Aircraft Check Support. Updates Aircraft Maintenance Deferrals with accurate and updated information pertinent to Material Support and Repairs Information. Track and plan for critical parts, including grounding items, inventory that is below allocation and DMI requirements. Liaises with Maintenance Control Center and Line Stations to provide timely and Accurate Handling of Material Request.

This position is responsible for compliance of all aspects of company and federal policies within the day-to-day operation of the station. Maintain safety compliance of aircrafts, customers, facilities and employee working environments. Ensure compliance for controlling station’s expenses/costs and maintain an effective cost control program. Establish airport and local community relations as liaison with the airport and city officials (FAA, TSA). Coordinate airline vendor functions and act as a liaison for local contracts providing services to us (Fueling, security, catering, cleaning and ground handling).
