• Supports production/engineering with the movement of parts
• Physically move and expedite materials when required in support of production/engineering and meet work order completion dates
• Verify all materials are packaged and banded for transport, and assists with loading and unloading of trucks
• Operate material handling equipment including but not limited to: forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts

• Shot peening: Using a motorized wheel to impact a surface with small metal particles to create a compressive residual stress layer

• Reading blueprints, sketches, and work orders to determine the layout of the area to be shot peened

• Maintenance: Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the work area
• Inspection: Inspecting surfaces and part features to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and customer requirements
