- Manage a Civil CAD team of 3, overseeing project delegation and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Developed and implemented company-wide Civil CAD standards to streamline design workflows and improve consistency. Lead the effort in custom tool development, working alongside programmers to create in-house software solutions that enhance productivity and position ANS Geo competitively within the industry. Served as Lead Designer for the 100 MWac Cold Creek Solar Development, successfully delivering it through all phases to Issued for Construction—the first Civil Department project to reach construction. Followed by Mark Center, a 90 MWac project also reaching construction status.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Ten years of experience in drafting and design in the energy industry. The past year & half I have been in a management position with direct reports. I have grown in my ability to mentor and help set goals for newly experienced designers. I have developed workflows to make it easier for the team to get work done. I previously worked on Upstream & Midstream work for clients ranging from Marathon, Oxy, BTA, & Enterprise. Generating Site Plans, Grading Plans, Plats, Alignment Sheets, & Permits. I specialized in Civil 3D Grading design for three years. Working directly under the Site Civil Engineer, I have older experience responsibilities for all E&S, grading, & site civil work for Oil & Gas. I also have experience in Solar Power & Renewables civil site work. I have been given many opportunities to design projects from beginning to end with minimal supervision. I have always caught on quickly to all challenges, even with quick turn-around times, and have executed flawlessly.
