Maintained buildings, land and equipment associated the apartment complex
Maintained cleanliness inside and outside the apartment premises including the dumpster areas, breezeways and garages
Performed pest control activities including the removal of bees nests, bird nests, snakes and spraying for insects inside and outside
Maintained the parking areas and fire lanes, including fixing potholes when necessary, applying salt for ice removal and monitoring parked cars to insure there were not broken down vehicles
Enhanced equipment performance by conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
Maintained structural integrity of the stairs, decks, downspouts and splash blocks including repair, replacement and new stain as necessary
Maintained breezeways including pressure washing, removal of cob-webs, spraying for insects and replacement of lights
Replaced filters in the apartments monthly, cleaned dryer vents and HVAC units
Completed grounds maintenance and upkeep of all sprinkler systems, sprinkler heads and other grounds equipment
Completed grounds procedures such as monitoring the watering of the sod, watching for water leaks, raking leaves, removing weeds and any additional requirement as well as monitoring the grass cutting contractor to insure the quality appearance of the areas
Maintained the lake and water integrity including testing of levels, and removal of leaves, algae, weeds and trash
Completed job reports and logs as required and reported any issues to management in a timely manner
Responded to calls for after hours assistance when necessary
