• Assists workforce in the efficient preparation for production and completion of the assigned tasks
• Verifies formulas, methods and materials assuring absolute compliance with the specifications for the items being produced
• Processes all sensitive documentation and compliance with; all standards concerning; HAACCP programs, efficiency, quality and safety in an accurate and timely manner
• Supports daily production to ensure safety goals are achieved, productivity goals are met, production schedules are attained, and downtime of equipment is minimized
• Applies discretion and progressive discipline to accomplish objectives and to enforce company policy, establish and maintain all necessary lines of communication
• Train and instruct employees as necessary and proactively respond to variances, emergencies and shifting priorities
• Follows HACCP and Food Safety principles and verify compliance to all Critical Control points and Preventative Quality Checkpoints to ensure a safe quality product is produced consistently
