Annual PM's of Campus fixtures restrooms, drinking fountains, Water heater installs 4 gallon - 150 gallon, kitchens, emergency eyewash & showers and everything in-between. Repairs of copper lines 1/4" - 3", ABS & PVC waste and vents, Victaulic supply lines, Sch 40 & Copper gas lines. Assist others in different trades to maintain Campus needs.
