As a production worker I worked on various machines and was a certified trainer. As Training Coordinator I run the certified training program and I am in charge of the apprenticeship program, in charge of assuring all apprentices complete their education and on the job training in accordance with the Department of Labor requirements to obtain a journeyman's license. In my role I am also in charge of scheduling and tracking training through the SAP System. I am also in charge of securing grants through the Going Pro Training Fund and the MiRAMP apprenticeship grant fund.
