I was originally hired as a residential pest technician. I worked as a tech for 2 years when I entered the Master Tech program. At that time I was responsible for training most of the new techs. I was promoted to service manager in my forth year with HomeTeam. As a service manager I was responsible for maintaining my branches TDA records, Insuring full compliance with state and federal laws. I was also responsible for ordering products, building tech schedules, conducting performance reviews, hiring, conducting CEU classes, hitting route completion and keeping expenses in line with PNL goals among many other responsibilities.
I was hired at Ecolab as a commercial pest control technician. I worked at night and was responsible for meeting the pest control needs of around 200 restaurants monthly. This included roof rat and German cockroach elimination and prevention. I would also meet the needs of my customers through sales such as fly light products and exclusionary work. I was responsible for building my own schedule and responding to pest request in a timely manner. I was also highly involved in the training of new techs. While at Ecolab I received performance awards for sales and exceptional customer service.
I was hired as a house cleaner and sales person to help this new business grow. I was responsible for deep cleaning clients homes. I also preformed door to door sales. I helped with a variety of other task such as the purchasing and inventory of cleaning products and equipment.
