Oversee daily operations, the beautification around campus and the yearly budgets of the grounds department to make sure funds ar available for equipment and parts.. Supervise the Plumbers and Pipe Fitters. Assign daily assignments, inspect all repairs. Kept daily reports on all repairs. Order materials for repairs. Kept time sheets and inspect plumbers equipment. Also supervised the mechanic shop and order equipment as needed for the mechanic shop.

Supervise the loading and unloading of barges. Load and unload tractor trailers, keep daily records of work that was completed. Completed daily timesheets.
