Over 25 years of experience in various professional environments from hospitality to corporate banking and higher education, I've provided, administrative services, training coordination and project leadership, as well as technical support. I've been charged with designing, implementing, and executing project plans focused on updating learning program policies and procedures to improve efficiencies and production. As a Technical Administrator managed an online learning application of a federally funded program at Brown University. Effectively designed and mapped out a training website housing a new customized learning management system, and managed the project development serving as a Scrum Master. Diligently lead a planning committee, content matter experts and staff by promoting team work and motivation to efficiently meet project goals for the Leadership Development Program. Experience in coordinating training and development to support leadership, staff, stakeholders and colleagues with the implementation of new application systems and technical assistance resources. I am a team representative and liaison at conferences, formal meetings, training, and presentation events for the New England ATTC. I also serve as a faith leader in my community for the past 18 years and as a lead pastor of a congregation for the past 5 years.
