I believe a happy employee is a more productive employee. I like to maintain an enjoyable environment while ensuring the job gets done. I encourage my employees to take pride in their work and to motivate each other to together as a cohesive team. I believe employees who perform the jobs are an excellent way to get feedback on safety concerns, process improvements and cost saving ideas. I always tell my 3mployees it's ok to make a mistake, but I expect them to learn from the mistake and not repeat it. I am searching for a company where open communication flows from the top to the bottom and back to the top. I believe good communication is key to ensure the most productive and safe work environment. I was raised to treat everyone with respect, no matter what walks of life brought us together.
