Leadership & Operations

• Lead and supervise IT instructors and students to ensure high-quality educational delivery and student success.
• Manage departmental operations, academic performance, and program development initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and professional guidance to instructional staff.

Network Administration & IT Infrastructure

• Serve as Network Administrator responsible for maintaining and securing campus IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain employee workstations and lab systems.
• Design and deploy network cabling, switches, and secure static IP networks.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

Technical Support

• Provide in-person desktop support for faculty, staff, and students.
• Diagnose and resolve workstation, OS, and network-related issues.
• Maintain system performance, updates, and security standards.

Instruction & Curriculum Development

• Former CompTIA A+ Instructor delivering foundational IT certification training.
• Develop and update curriculum for multiple technical programs.
• Ensure coursework aligns with industry standards and certification requirements.

Testing Center Management

• Lead Proctor for Pearson VUE Testing Center.
• Manage admissions, monitor testing compliance, and troubleshoot testing systems.

Enrollment & Student Services

• Conduct admissions interviews to assess candidate qualifications and career goals.
• Evaluate student placement into appropriate programs.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and onboarding processes.
• Monitor enrollment data, retention metrics, and student progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to increase enrollment.

Community & Partnership Development

• Establish partnerships with local high schools and community organizations.
• Deliver presentations to Southern New Jersey high school students promoting post-secondary IT education pathways.
