  • Work with Ajax Paving and Dan's Excavating on Construction Jobsites to help facilitate cooperation with safety as the main goal.
  • Instruct employees and contractors on MSHA and MIOSHA standards to ensure compliance. Including our co-owned companies and their employees. over 200 per year.
  • Serve on the MAA Safety Committee.
  • Preform site audits with Ajax Paving, Dan's Excavating, Dani's Transport, Mid Michigan Materials and others. Sharing our vast knowledge and expertise between companies.
  • I attend and lead seminars, classes and conferences in an effort to increase and share my knowledge and expertise. These include Eastern Michigan University, Macomb CCC, Monroe CCC, MSHA, MIOSHA, TRAM, Holmes Safety Association, Michigan Safety Conference, MAA Conferences and others.
  • Implement compliant Dust and Noise monitoring for both MSHA and OSHA
  • As a part 107 Certified Drone Operator, I assist in mapping and stockpile management.
