As a Manager we wear many hat dealing with the customer, staff and contractors. From my experiences that you can't handle one specific problem the same as you handle the rest. Every problem may have will have a different resolution. The same goes with handle staff issues.

• During this past summer. We just got start it on our summer deep cleaning of our schools. At one of my schools the team didn't get a good start. I had to change some staff around to get better productivity and team play. Once I made the changes I had a team meeting letting the team know we were behind schedule. In a two week spam my school was on a verse of being complete and finish productive of the floors and top and bottom cleaning were meet satisfactory. The principal was please with the turn around of her school. My boss boss compliment me that because of my team and myself that their meeting with our customer went smoothly and praise them of our work and finish product.
