Served in the central and shared knowledge bank on KSTs, as well as their goals, strategies, capabilities, and networks. Correlated, analyzed, evaluated, integrated, and produced reports on terrorism information. Coordinated, identified, and prioritized counterterrorism requirements for the Intelligence Community (IC). Originally worked within the Terrorist Threat Integration Center (TTIC). Supervised, Directed and Evaluated the performance of 30-person signals analysis teams. Performed Indications and Warnings (I/W), and Detect, Classified, and Tracked (DC/T) SIGINT/ELINT signals of interest worldwide and directly reported to national consumers. Awarded NSA, Fleet. Served in OPERATIONS
