Respond to various Requests For Information (RFI)s and development of new policies and procedures for the newly formed background investigation unit.

Recommended and developed Improved processes and added additional resources and training in the performance of data research and prevention of backlogged requests. While at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) performed all-source analysis and recommended Known or Suspected Terrorists (KST)s to the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) for placement on U.S. Government (USG) watchlists.
Retained by Strategic Operational Solutions as the subject matter expert (SME) on government watchlisting systems, operations, and procedures. Made recommendations to improve business processes, liaison with other defense contracting companies in proposal writing for additional business prospects.
(National Counterterrorism Center - NCTC) Reviewed entered records for completeness and accuracy. Liaisoned with reporting agencies for the deconfliction of information and issued Requests For Information (RFI)s in the pursuit of terrorist information. Selected as a special analyst and moved to assist in the development of a new specialized database. Systems utilized during my tenure: TIDE, QLIX, Palantir, Herc, Cobal J, Sharepoint, Sentinel.
