Coordinated, identified, and prioritized counterterrorism requirements for the Intelligence Community (IC). Originally worked within the Terrorist Threat Integration Center (TTIC). Handpicked as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for afloat cryptologic systems within the US Navy and selected to perform development at the Naval Research Laboratory in San Diego, California, as the client in collaboration with Lockheed Sanders as the prime on a contract for the development, training, and deployment of the OUTBOARD, COBLU 0 HFDF system. Experienced in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR). Supervised, Directed and Evaluated the performance of 30-person signals analysis teams. Performed Indications and Warnings (I/W), and Detect, Classified, and Tracked (DC/T) SIGINT/ELINT signals of interest worldwide and directly reported to national consumers. Awarded NSA, Fleet. Served in OPERATIONS
