Preparation of microscopic slides for research purposes: including: embedding, trimming, microtomy, and staining.
Implemented procedures necessary for H & E staining techniques.
Performed the following special stains including: Congo Red, PAS with Diastase, Reticulin, Gram Stain, Alcian Blue, Mucicarmine, and Masson's Trichrome.
Followed all laboratory staining protocols.
Accurately prepared slides for microscopic examination.
Prepared solutions, stains and reagents in accordance protocols.
Cleaned and maintained all laboratory equipment.
Adhered to safety precautions wearing required PPE.
