Summary

I have more than five years of experience working with adults and teachers to implement the district's adoptive curricula. I have worked for the last three years as the ELA Facilitator for Bering Strait School District. In my current role, I have organized training supportive of a Response to Intervention (RTI) approach that uses standard-based assessment and data to implement related strategies to the ELA curriculum. I have collaborated with staff on utilizing a comprehensive web database to track student progress.
