As a senior trainer, my responsibilities as a trainer remain, and I have added a leadership hat as well.
I have been a mentor for our newest trainers for several years, showing them how to be a trainer, how to co-facilitate and not just facilitate material to consultants, provide feedback, and help them grow as a trainer to where they feel more comfortable.
