Responsibilities included

• Development of Township operated Emergency Medical Services Program, to include NJ DOH State Licensing, evaluation and purchase of equipment, hiring & on-boarding of initial staff.
• Develop and manage Division of Emergency Services Budget through monitor expenditures, forecasting funds, applying & securing grant funding, for both Career EMS & Fire Department, as well has three volunteer fire companies & Township's Office of Emergency Management.
• Preparation and presentation of Emergency Service reports to Public Safety Director & Township Administration.
• Development of Township's Emergency Services Training Center. IN 2021, took over additional responsibilities to include creation & development of Township's Career Fire Department.
• Assumed all administrative duties to implement career fire service while overseeing three volunteer fire companies.
• Developed all operational and administrative guidelines for both Career/Volunteer Fire Departments & Career Emergency Medical Services.
• Oversee and manage all financial aspects of Division's 4 Million dollar budget. Managed staff of 150 Career & Volunteer Personnel.
