Supervising Special Ranger

  • Supervise the three Special Rangers and Market Inspectors assigned to Region 1. C
  • Conducting criminal investigations.
  • Responsible for ensuring investigations are completed in a timely and professional manner prior to presentation to a Grand Jury.
  • Ensuring Market Inspection reports are completed and submitted within the timeframe set by TSCRA.
  • Ensure that all TSCRA policies are being complied with and that investigations are conducted in accordance with the applicable statues.
  • Ensuring that the Special Rangers in this region are acting in a fiscally responsible manner regarding the use of their issued vehicles and their use of TSCRA funds.
  • Provide the Director of Law Enforcement with information regarding situations and investigations that could effect TSCRA or the Special Rangers.
  • Actively seek opportunities to advance the goals and mission of TSCRA and to promote the growth of TSCRA by attending special events and conducting presentations to both the public and other Law Enforcement agencies.
  • Completion of yearly evaluations of the Special Rangers assigned to Region 1.
